Confidentiality Commitment to you All technical information, business information, and documents provided by our customers for the commissioned translation work are classified as confidential and managed under the highest standard of security control.
Furthermore, to provide our customer’s electronic files with absolute security, Evermore has also built a dedicated firewall for its file server to prevent viruses, malicious intrusions, Trojan blackmailing, and other hacker attacks. Evermore also conducts daily and offsite backups of the server data. The server room is under 24-hour personnel access control.
Evermore has signed NDAs with its entire staff. If the customer requires specific confidentiality requirements, the customer may also request Evermore to sign a customized contract to minimize any data leak risk.
